About SNcode

SNcode exists to make AI genuinely useful for ServiceNow work, by connecting it to every instance you actually work on, whatever release they run, and keeping a human in control of every change.

Our mission

ServiceNow teams spend their days translating intent into scripts, queries, and data fixes across instances they don't all control. Generic AI tools don't know your platform; the ones built into it require the newest release, an extra licence, and only ever see the single instance they were installed on. We're building the middle path: an AI development environment that understands ServiceNow, connects straight to every instance you work on whatever release it runs, and never executes without your review.

What we believe about AI and ServiceNow

Review-first execution

AI proposes; you decide. By default, nothing runs until a human has seen the plain-language description and the exact code and approved it. We would rather be the tool that asks before it acts than the one that surprises you.

Connected beats generic

A generic assistant guesses at ServiceNow. SNcode connects directly to your instance, with real tables, real records and real context, so the code it writes fits your platform instead of a template.

Meet the platform where it is

Useful AI should not require a platform upgrade, a new licence, or anything installed on the instance. SNcode connects from outside, so it works with the release you run today and with client instances you cannot change.

One workspace, every client

ServiceNow work rarely happens on one instance. An assistant that lives inside a single instance can only ever see that one; a desktop app can hold all of them, with per-instance context and credentials that never mix.

Local-first by default

Your credentials, conversations, and files are stored on your machine, on macOS or Windows. A message leaves only when you send it: it passes through our API on its way to the model, and we never store or log it. No data lake of ours.

Cadence over noise

We ship visibly, every week or two, and write down what changed. Steady, honest progress you can follow in the changelog beats big announcements.
